The product
You buy a one-time download of a fixed historical dataset, as described on its product page (for example "SPX GEX levels, full history", which ends on 15 June 2026 and does not include later data). The price is shown on the pricing page and again on Stripe's checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Source of the data
Data derived from GEXBOT charts, used with permission. We clean and package the data as described in the README inside each download; the levels themselves are as GEXBOT published them.
Your data licence
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data for your own personal or internal business research and analysis. The data is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files or any substantial part of the raw data, give others access to them (for example through a website, an API or a shared drive), or use them to build or feed a competing data product or service. You may share charts, statistics and research results you derive from the data, as long as the underlying data cannot be reconstructed from them. All rights not granted here are reserved.
Not investment advice
The data is provided for research and information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative. Past market data does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using it.
No warranty
The data is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, timely or error-free; known gaps and anomalies are listed in the README. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Delivery
After payment you are taken to a download page with a private link that works for 24 hours. We also e-mail you the address of that page. Opening the page after a link has expired gives you a fresh link, up to 5 links per order. Please keep your own copy of the file. If you need more links, write to us with your receipt number.
Refunds
The data is delivered digitally the moment you pay. By completing the purchase you ask us to deliver it immediately. Once the file has been downloaded there are no refunds, except where the law requires one or the file is empty, corrupt or not the product you paid for. If you have not downloaded the file, you may ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to hello@llab08.com with your receipt number. A refunded order's download is closed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
